These Terms apply to purchases made through arkveilstudio.com, operated by ARKVEIL LLC ("ARKVEIL"), and shipped to addresses within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The identity of each product is shown on its product page. Where stated on the product page, handmade or small-batch pieces may show slight variations in surface, color, texture, or dimensions.
Price, payment, delivery
| Pricing | Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. When checkout is available, payments are processed by Stripe. An order is confirmed when we send a confirmation email. |

| Orders | We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a price was shown in clear error, if a piece cannot be supplied, or if we suspect fraud. Any code used on a cancelled order is restored. |
| Personal codes | Subscribers receive two personal codes by email. The first-order code gives 10% off each Entry piece; Core designer pieces and Editions are excluded. The Editions code gives 5% off each Editions piece. One order may use one code of each kind, and both must have been sent to the same email address; no piece receives both discounts. Each welcome code can be used once, on one order, for pieces in its line, within 60 days of the date it was sent. A code has no cash value and cannot be transferred. The order is placed under the email address the codes were sent to. A code used on an order is spent even if that order is later cancelled or returned. If we cancel an order ourselves (for example, because a piece cannot be supplied), we will restore any code used on it. Free-shipping thresholds are calculated before discounts. Refunds are based on the price paid for each piece. |
| Shipping | Shipping information is set out on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided. If tracking shows your parcel was lost in transit, we will send a replacement or refund it in full. If tracking shows it was delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbours and your building first, then contact us within 7 days with your order number. We will review the carrier's delivery record with you. If the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, we treat it as lost in transit. |

| Editions printings | Editions works and printings are available while stock is shown as available on the relevant product page. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise before purchase, our standard Returns policy applies. |

To the extent permitted by law, ARKVEIL LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from an order or use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

| Ownership | All website content, photography, and brand marks, and the designs of ARKVEIL Original pieces, belong to ARKVEIL LLC or its licensors. No design rights are claimed over Entry or Core pieces beyond their presentation on this site. |
